It’s all here, whether you are a family with children, or one or two couples wanting to enjoy a romantic getaway and a retreat from the city.
Enjoy Qualicum Bay scallops, Fanny Bay oysters, and local prawns, crab, salmon and halibut prepared in a gorgeous kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel range and dishwasher, and Jenn-Air refrigerator. Dim the lights and relax in front of a large Panasonic HD TV and the fireplace, or listen to your favourite music throughout the house on the built-in Russound audio system. Enjoy soft towels and a luxurious walk-in shower with two shower heads in one bathroom, or a relaxing bathtub in the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops and heated marble floors. Curl up in one of three bedrooms (two downstairs, one upstairs) on high quality linens.
After your morning coffee, walk on the 500 feet of private beachfront, or beach comb along miles of undisturbed beach and see deer, bald eagles and the rare Qualicum white raven. Enjoy your lunch in the provided picnic basket at the clubhouse where you may use the swimming pool, separate adult and children whirlpools, exercise room, party room and pool table. At the end of the day relax at the beach picnic tables or around the fire pit located by the beach as you watch the Alaska cruise ships pass between you, Lasqueti and Texada Islands.

Shop or dine in the delightful town of Qualicum Beach with its galleries and restaurants, or visit the village of Coombs known for it's goats living on the Roof. Enjoy browsing the old country market, ice cream parlor, shopping and Italian restaurant with delicious wood fired pizza. Located nearby is the parrot refuge and butterfly world. Summary: House was very clean and well equipped. Quiet gated community in lovely setting. Well situated for visiting various areas of interests. Only thing that would add to the home would be somewhere to store non-perishables. Patio needed sweeping and weeding. I swept carpet and outdoor carpet to feel comfortable relaxing outside…didn’t tackle the weeding of course. When communicating with the host, the response was not timely.

Summary: Lovely gated community. Fully equipment kitchen and pretty cottage. . Would probably stay again. Nicely decorated and roomy. Downside was it really needed a good dusting and some of the towels were stained with what looked like makeup. A little extra TLC would have made it perfect.

Summary: We stayed here for two nights while we explored the area. The complex is very quiet. The house is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the space and the kitchen. We had some issues with exiting the complex after we had left and dropped off the fob. Please note that you have to enter the code to get the gate to open when exiting the complex. Only complaint is that the guests before us had left some of their garbage in the bathroom. Since it was March the pool was not yet open which disappointed the younger members of our family.

Summary: This is a really nice Cottage one of the nicest in the complex. We really enjoyed staying at this property, it’s quiet, really well kept, and the grounds are pristine. It’s a family style vacation spot, there’s no partying. The pool was great, we played pool, tennis and pickleball all day. The air conditioning was a bonus. You can’t go wrong staying here. The property is well managed.
